The Hierocracy is the ruling council of the Elene Church at Chyrellos. They are made of members refered to as Patriarchs from each of the kingdoms of Eosia (four of which are the Perceptors of the Church Knights). They make judgements on all main church decisions through a series of votes, but in recent years have been noted as being highly corrupt.
