Rheon is a city in Northeast Drasnia which was a stronghold for the Bear-Cult. It was also the location for the namesake, Siege of Rheon. Rheon appeared to have been significantly rebuilt over the last 500 years as Torak had come through Drasnia before the Battle of Vo Mimbre.
